HOW TO APPLY?
FIRST STEP: Complete the application form and return it to krista@kristagill.com
SECOND STEP: Once approved, complete an Agreement to Lease Form with a $2500 refundable deposit will be held by AGW Properties Inc. The agreement will include the attached Schedule A. This creates a CONDITIONAL RESERVATION TO LEASE.
THIRD STEP: Complete the Residential Tenancy Agreement (Standard Form of Lease) .This agreement will include the attached Schedule B with additional terms of lease. This creates a FIRM LEASE. The previous deposit will then become non-refundable and will be applied to the last month’s rent. First month’s rent is due on the first day of the tenancy.
